Privacy notice
FAIT Group corporate website.
Last updated: 2 July 2026.
This notice explains how FAIT Aviation DWC-LLC, trading as FAIT Group ("FAIT", "we"), of Dubai South Business Park, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, handles personal data collected through this website. FAIT is the controller of that data. Our primary data protection law is UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). Where visitors are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, we apply equivalent standards drawn from the GDPR and UK GDPR.
What we collect
We collect only what you submit through this site: your name, email address, organisation, reason for enquiry, and message. If you apply for a role or join our talent pool, we also collect the career information you choose to provide, such as a CV and work history. This site sets no analytics or tracking cookies and does not profile visitors.
Why we process it, and on what basis
Enquiry data is processed to respond to your enquiry, on the basis that processing is necessary for steps taken at your request (PDPL Article 4; GDPR Article 6(1)(b) or 6(1)(f) where it applies). Application data is processed to assess your suitability for a role, as a step prior to a possible employment contract. Talent pool data is held with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. We do not sell personal data, use it for third-party marketing, or make automated decisions about you.
Who receives it
Your data is handled by the FAIT teams that need it to respond to you, and by the service providers that run our corporate systems, including our website hosting provider and Microsoft 365 cloud services. These providers may store or process data outside the UAE. Where they do, we rely on contractual safeguards holding the recipient to standards equivalent to the PDPL (PDPL Articles 22 and 23) or, where applicable, on your express consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 12 months after the enquiry is closed. Data of unsuccessful candidates is kept for 12 months after the recruitment decision, then deleted. Talent pool data is kept for up to 24 months from your consent, after which we delete it unless you renew. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.
Your rights
Under the PDPL you may request access to your data, a portable copy, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, or that we stop processing; you may also object to direct marketing and withdraw consent (PDPL Articles 13 to 18). If you are in the EU or UK, you hold the equivalent rights under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR or UK GDPR. To exercise any right, contact us through the enquiry form and select "General". We respond within one calendar month. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office (or its successor federal data authority) or, if you are in the EU or UK, to your local supervisory authority.
Security and breaches
We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk of the processing (PDPL Article 20), including access controls and encryption in transit. If a breach puts your privacy at serious risk, we will notify the regulator and affected individuals as required by applicable law.
Changes
We will update this notice as our processing or the law changes, and will show the date of the current version at the top of this page.
